We do not offer account recovery for Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox, and we do not sell keys. Purchase questions belong on those stores. Code questions belong on the codes page, and if the table is stale, say so in the email.

How fast do you reply?
There is no published service level. Editorial mail is read by the same desk that updates the guides.
Can I request a page?
Yes. Send the search you used and the source you trust. Pages are added when the question is distinct from one we already answer.
