The rocket launcher is crafted, not found. At the workbench, combine a grenade, a bike pump, and a rifle. The result is a 5 by 2 weapon that takes two hands and fires one rocket.

Three parts, one bench

The German wiki types it as a ranged weapon, footprint 5 by 2, two hands, rocket ammunition, workbench only. The sentence under the icon is that it fires one powerful rocket. The ingredient line is grenade plus bike pump plus rifle. I have that line from the wiki and not from a patch note, so the status on the workbench page is 'one wiki source' for this recipe. The 1.0 weapon list of ten new guns does not include it, which fits a weapon that already existed in early access.

Upgrades shown on the wiki run from legendary to mythic. There is no second recipe for the mythic copy. You merge two launchers, the same rule as every other non-character item. The fork's wiki description adds one projectile to a marked ranged weapon. The sources do not provide a damage comparison between a fork on this launcher and a fork on a minigun.

The footprint is the real cost

Five by two is ten cells before the two-hand cost. Survivor's six free cells cannot hold it at the start of a run. You craft it later, after the bench exists, which means duct tape has already been spent. Chicken's three-legendary task can use this craft as one of the three, next to the minigun and dynamite. That is the only character link I will draw. Death's scythe and this launcher compete for the same crowded bag, and I have no player post that runs both on purpose.

Bike pumps show up in minigun screenshots as a support item, and they are also an ingredient here. If you are saving a pump for the launcher, do not assume the support pump in a gun layout is a spare. I cannot say whether the support item and the crafting material are the same object or a cousin. The wiki uses one German name, Fahrradpumpe, for the ingredient. I am not splitting them without a second page that does.
