Spend one duct tape on Item Pack 1 and a second duct tape on the item workbench. Legendary weapons are crafted there. The recipe list only shows what you can make right now.

Duct tape, twice

Suguru's achievement guide and the German character guide both split the camp unlock into two purchases: one roll of duct tape opens Item Pack 1, and the next roll opens the workbench. Tape comes from mini-bosses and bosses. A KosGuides note, which I am keeping as a single source, says clearing the 4.5 roadblock plus the boss of that same run yields at most two rolls. I will not turn that into a drop table.

Chicken's unlock is this station. Craft three different legendaries. The order does not matter. Dynamite, the minigun, and the rocket launcher are the short route named in the guides. That is a character gate, separate from wanting any one legendary for a build.

Recipes I can actually list

The same wiki names more workbench results: sawed-off shotgun, chainsaw, lightsaber, dynamite, molotov, P.I.Z.Z.A. launcher, railgun, spear, and UZI. Their ingredient lines were not in the pages I could read. The 1.0 notes say the in-game list now sorts craftable recipes first and shows counts and rarities. That in-game list is the rest of the answer. I am not filling blanks with guesses from item icons.

Version 1.0 did not move the station. It changed the shopping list UI. It also cut the Reaper's duct-tape drop to one roll, which is the opposite direction if you are still buying the bench on a fresh file. Banish capacity moved from 2/5/10 to 3/6/12 in the same notes, which matters once the bench is flooding you with junk you want to delete.
